DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY WILL PRIORITIZE MORE EXPENSIVE FIXES FOR THE MONEY AND KEEP YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR 4+ MONTHS UNFIXED. THEY OVERCHARGE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. BUYER FREAKING BEWARE.

i needed a change on my TCM done, they got me in right away this morning had the change done in 10 minutes and was an extremely reasonable price and the gentleman was very personablewould recommend this shop to anyone!

My mechanic Gene Williams recommended Kelly at Cottman's after I had a breakdown at the side of the highway on New Year's Eve. Kelly's team verified the damage and called every morning to update me with their progress. In the end, the old tranmission blew a hole out the side, and they ended up having to order a replacement.Kelly was also very helpful and gave me tips on how to treat my transmission more gently.The car runs better than before, and shifts super clean.Thanks Cottman's!

Knowledgeable staff. They fixed the problem with the transmission. If I have any issues in the future I would take my car here again. The owner explained the problem with the transmission and what he had to do to fix the issue.

Nobody seemed to be able to fix my transmission issue after being frustrated for a week or so I took my truck to cottman and an hour later I was back on the road there knowledge is 2nd to none and service is great , all said and done the price was well worth the service I received

Keep getting the run around call end of the week. Thursday then call Monday. Call Monday probably be next week. I thought a transmission shop would want to do the work but I guess like everything else I got to do it myself.
