I had a great experience with The Brick. Originally my washer dryer was going to take a month for delivery, The Brick was able to have delivery a few days earlier. Very much appreciated as I had been taking my laundry to a relatives which was an annoyance but my local store and salesperson were able to work it out for me. I’m thankful for their initiative.

Went into the Brick in Charlottetown, PEI asi was looking for a refrigerator that was 30 inches wide and 63 inches tall . I brought a tape measure and the Brick did not have that size. SO GOOD BYE TO THE BRICK !!

I bought a tv there when the boxing day sales were on they didn't have the tv I wanted in store so they ordered one in I was called a week or so later to puck up the tv. When I got the tv home I realized my tv stand was to small for the tv and planned to go get a new stand the next day. Well the next day I received a phone call that my aunt passed away I'm not originally from the island so I went away to be with family and prepare the necessary plans when I came back to the island I got a new tv stand and went to hook up the tv I turned it on to a cracked screen I proceeded to call the brick and was told to call the manufacturer I did and was told it was not covered because it was considered physical damage so I took the tv into the brick and met with the manager or told me that he would contact the manufacturer and to send her photos and receipts through email which I did I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing so I contacted them again and said I was told the tv had a year warranty when I purchased it they then took a week to get back to me saying they haven't heard from the manufacturer yet and to send more photos which I did that was months ago and I have reached out multiple times since to no response so I just want to warn others not to purchase anything from the brick they don't back up there warranties they have the worst customer service and they don't care about there customers I work I minimum wage job and can't afford to buy another tv as u spent 500$ on this tv that I am not out of completely. Terrible way to do business

Recently I bought Acadia queen bed room set , and dining table both came as chipped or broken, send an detailed mail with pictures almost 8 days back no response. There are only few at the store really care about the customers rest they just don’t care .I have been to most of the furniture store at Charlottetown I strongly suggested not to pop in with the size and fancy.There are couple of store they really care about their customers and they sell good quality products.Another story 05/16 Picked up previous order 3central stool when I was installing one of the chair they send both lower leg instead of one upper leg and one lower. Now I have to wait another 4 weeks time to get replacement. Hopefully to be continued…Response from the storeHello Anoopas it was as is product which means you bought it damaged . we checked with sales and they confirmed it was damaged from beginning. so, we cannot offer any money to keep it as is. if you like you can bring the product in store and get refund.Thanks and have a great dayI have seen how the table got chipped and the chipped piece still with me . If it’s already damaged why they offered me to take extra 3 year warranty that cost me $80 ?

Well I am very saddened to have to write this review as I am a longtime customer of the Brick. I purchased a fridge during covid and when it was delivered( I wasn't home at the time, my son in law was with his infant daughter) they drug the appliance up the stairs and across my wood floors causing chipped wood on the stairs and deep gouges in my hardwood flooring, leading to kitchen. They even chipped trim and tore a fair size chunk out of the wall where the fridge is located. After consultations with the manager (Derek Arsenault who assured me that the Brick would repair the damage) and getting multiple quotes for repair, I am still waiting and it's going on 3 years now. Every time I contact him he's either going to contact his supervisor or head office because in his words this has been going on for too long and has to resolved" Thanks for deceiving me all this time Derek. Please beware when you get deliveries from the Brick!!"

I purchased a microwave in their boxing week sale. I paid for it and was told that it would be in the end of January. The store never attempted to contact me. I tried to contact them with no luck over the phone. I went into the store today. The microwave was discontinued. After waiting for a month I had the option of taking a lower quality replacement which would not be available for another month. Or have my money returned. I would advise people not to shop at The Brick.

Nice selection of economical furniture. My wife and I purchased two kitchen island chairs. I was a little surprised and dismayed that upon entry of my phone number, my name and new address popped up on the salesman's tablet despite me never having bought anything at The brick before. The salesman insisted that I must have bought something at The Brick in the past. But still wouldn't have explained the new address which is only a month old. Further investigation indicated that Leon's furniture store purchased The Brick sometime ago. I have purchased an item at Leon's within the past month. I don't remember giving explicit permission to share my personal information. I will find my Leon's receipt to see if I signed my rights away.March update.Customer service has verified that Leon's Furniture shares customer date with the Brick. My concerns were noted and the file closed.

Matt H. did a great job of expediting my order and has an unequalled knowledge base with regard to entertainment systems. He answered all my questions about the Samsung S95B, which allowed me to make an informed purchase. The Brick is a great place to shop. No pressure, no lies, and the best warranty policy. Definitely the best for television purchases.
