Never open on Fridays. Will get you in as soon as possible if you're 70+ years old. So I guess that's good if you're really old.

What a horrible receptionist/assistant. Very inconsiderate, disrespectful and inward focused person. She should be terminated or forced to take customer service and sensitivity training. Never answers the phone, Never available, no emotional intelligence.
