Was my first time there and the place looked disgusting. Stuff all over the floor, bags, purses. Shoes on the counter. Owner didn't look like he wanted to serve you. Price he quoted me was very high to repair soles on my shoes.

Humble persin with expertise in his field . The owner gave a warm welcome and attended me nice manner . Repaired my bag in precise way on time

Was the only place I found water repellent spray can, so I bought 4 for back up. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

Worst shoe repair service I’ve ever received. All I wanted was for him to clean my shoes and re-glue the sole. He got the glue all over the entire shoes, the toe part of both shoes were creased from who knows what and whatever he did to “clean” them changed the colour of them. When I got there to pick them up they were tossed on some machine, he cleaned them as I was waiting there to pick them up. He completely ruined my $200 shoes. I’m extremely upset because I can’t find these shoes anywhere to repurchase. DO NOT GO HERE! Trust me please. Don’t listen to these other reviews.

Fair price, great and fast service ! Got my boots heel sole repaired and it was done nicely! What made it really exceptional was that he even polished and cleaned my boots to make them look brand new like! (Went to other shoe repair store, never had this treatment unless pay extra) so It was a really great surprise when I got the shoes! Will definitely go back to this store for any future shoe repairs ! He was very detailed to clean even the tiniest of dirt on my boots! It was covered with salt stain from snow and rain, tried to clean it many times, but always a dull look, now it looks brand new ! (Can see the original condition of my shoe from the picture of the sole, where I didn't want the original forward part of the sole repair) what a huge difference ! So happy with their service!!

Okay people, this is by far the only shoe repair shop I will ever bring my shoes, handbags and boots to. The service is incredible, quality is exceptional and the price is reasonable. The man has magic hands for repairs. I highly recommend this shoe repair shop.
