Beautiful layout with some challenging holes. The course is well maintained with friendly staff! Excellent value!

Really enjoyed this course, it’s a must play. Extremely friendly welcome and considering how early we are in the season, the conditions were like mid-summer. Greens were immaculate and fairways are waking up nicely. Trees are definitely a factor and demands some creativity, not to mention they’re beautiful. Feels like the course was built according to the terrain and complements the natural surroundings. If this place were closer, I’d consider becoming a member, I don’t think it would ever feel boring.

Awesome track but not easy at all. Trees are always trouble if your off the fairway. Play smart and enjoy

John Hutchinson and family have been running Warkworth Golf Club for 52 years. It is a challenging course, featuring interesting architecture, impressive scenery and the best greens for many miles around. Most of all members and guests are always treated wonderfully and the 19th hole provides a perfect end to an enjoyable day on the links. Check out the improvements Brad Hutchinson has made over the last 2 years. Impressive!

I'm a beginner golfer and this is the third course I've played. I found the grounds, fairways and greens very well taken care of. The course itself is well laid out and has just enough hazards to be challenging but not frustrating.

Great staff and course! Will be back! Always in good condition.

Had a 7:30am tee time on Monday August 9th.Pros: Course is well maintained with healthy greens, provides a challenge for avid and occasional golfers alike. Fairly priced, I believe with a discount we paid less than $60 for 18 holes and to ride. Got paired with a solo member and she was very polite. The black tees create a challenge on some holes that is very welcome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Cons: My main gripe with the course is my same issue with most semi-private clubs, and that would be member entitlement. I'm not sure if it was the day we played or if it is common, but it was definitely an older crowd of members on the course that morning. Half-way through hole 15 we had one of the members in the 4some behind us bark at us that we were slowing down the pace of play and that there were 3 empty holes in front of us. He immediately jumped to the Are you members here?" attack and after informing him we were not

Great little course! More of a local home flavour to it which I like. Greens and fairways are in good shape. Not bad roughs. The people that work there are all friendly! Challenging layout too!

Nice track but a lot of hidden pins. Water wasn't really in play if you know your club distances. None of the ladies tee boxes were level. Very forgiving fairways for the beg/inter golfer. Blues and tips had some funky obstacles to get around but if you're hitting the tips you should know how to maneuver them.All in all an enjoyable day for my wife and I.
