In need of a tiffin service for my family, I decided to give this place a try. I have no complaints with the food it is mediocre but that’s not why I’m writing this review, it’s the fact that 10 days into it they stopped delivering food. That’s definitely not how you treat customers, at least have the decency to communicate with your customers. The fact I paid you one month food in advance with my hard earned money for your service and not even receive food for my family is appalling. I’ve also noticed I’m one of many customers whose food hasn’t been delivered. First and last time trying this horrendous business with fake reviews!

Their tiffin service is very good. I tried so many others before but always got bad service after a week or so but this tiffin hasn’t disappointed yet. Will definitely recommend.

Very poor tiffin service. Received stale sabzi, also been receiving the same aloo curry since many days. It looks like they deliver rotten food. No standard of food, very unprofessional. I texted the lady about the stale rajma and she didnt even bother replying or apologizing. This is my first month, and i wont be continuing with this tiffin service, nor recommend anybody else.

Very poor tiffin service. Received good food in the starting but now they have started giving the same stale food in a row. We got several issues with their delivery services but we ignored it. We are having health issues too. I don’t recommend this tiffin service anymore.

Worst tiffin service ever, I have already paid 280 for non veg tiffin two weeks ago and have not even received non veg tiffin once. I have been informing the tiffin service lady from last two weeks, she just says maybe there’s some mistake. I will call you back and then she doesn’t even callback.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!Very unprofessional,rude with no customer service etiquette. Thumb suck prices over the phone. I paid for meat and veg I was only getting veg until I asked about the meat. Then I was owed meat dishes for 2 days which I never got and the lady didn't bother to reply to my text.Food portions are too small. Some curries were very watery and some made me sick and some were bland. No salad just red onion slices which I threw away because that's not salad.Biggest waste of my money
