HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT send your vehicle there. Carstar has had our vehicle in for repairs for almost one year! When we call to find out what is going on they will lie to us or keep up on the hook saying oh yeah this will be fixed by next week. It took weekly calls and visits to the shop for 4 months to them to get the vehicle adjusted. After the insurance company gave the go ahead to fix it they said things were behind and it would be a few months. Ok understandable. However, after waiting the time frame we were told, Carstar kept promising to fix it but would not. They then told us they were collecting impound fees since they have the vehicle on the lot- which makes no sense. We have tried to call the head office to make a complaint and no one ever got back to us and it did not get things moving at all. I get things are busy but 1 year is unacceptable! I will never use Carstar again and tell all my friends and family to avoid them at all costs.

Do not trust these people's a single word, they don't held their words or don't even accept their own paperwork.They emailed me an official ICBC report that clearly mentioned my responsibility is 0.00$ but AFTER they finished repairing my car, they asked for 2400$ from me.When I showed them their own report, they said: oh sorry we had to do another report but we didn't inform you or show it to you because you didn't ask.How would I know if there is any other report??! Funny people.BE CAREFUL WITH THEM...

After walking into the number one car repair shop on google in Chilliwack and being told to come back in 2 weeks for the estimate - I left and hit up the number 2 shop; CarStar! They did an estimate right then and there, they booked me in for the next week, they booked me a rental car of my choice, they drove me to the rental car place, they fixed my car and detailed the interior for me!!! They even had my car delivered to my home (Agassiz) and someones else took my rental car back for me!!! 6 out of 5 stars for this SHOULD BE NUMBER ONE auto body and mechanic repair shop in Chilliwack. Try them, I promise you’ll be glad you did :)

Review update: Business owner told me it would take ICBC 4 weeks to process my paperwork for this claim. What he didn't tell me is that it will take him 6 weeks to submit my paperwork to ICBC. After waiting 2.5 months to hear back from ICBC, I called them. When I calles this business owner to find out why he sat on my paperwork for 6 weeks he told me he's short staffed. When I asked him why he didn't tell me he's severely backed up with his paperwork at the time of the appraisal, he had nothing to say. Not even an apology, until I mentioned it would be appropriate.Just an ok experience. I wouldn't describe the staff as happy and friendly. I went for an ICBC appraisal.

Horrible costumers services ever.They don't know anything about costumer's right, and just try to fill their pockets with people's money.

Wow! Super nice guys, extremely responsive and professional, quick service. Would 10/10 drive into a ditch again if it meant dealing with these guys!

WORST COSTUMR SERVICE EVER.They don't know anything about costumers right, I had to file a claim at court against them.

We recently brought our car here to have the bumper replaced following an ICBC claim. Ted and the team were able to make our car look brand new again in a timely manner. Would recommend this business
