We are so pleased.We received exceptional customer service from the point of instore shopping right up to install.The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They didn't leave us until the unit was fired up and all our questions answered.Everyone we dealt with was friendly and made us feel like our needs were truly important to them.We highly recommend this company. We're toasty warm and completely satisfied!!!!

We absolutely love our new wood stove! We purchased a Pacific Energy Super Classic and they did a beautiful job with the install, surprisingly quick as well. The staff helped us choosing a hearth that looks very nice with the stove and they did the install of that too. We are super happy with the way it turned out! Thank you!!

I purchased Craft-Bilt four track stacking windows to enclose our covered deck, it has been life changing we have sat out every night since installing them. It is our sanctuary. Thank you for providing us with such a great product. It is November and still enjoying or deck.

Had a Pacific Energy Neo 1.6 insert installed at my home from Country Stoves and Sunrooms.Went through my first year heating my home with firewood and have been extremely happy with the unit itself. Also since I never had a wood burning appliance, Country Stoves was there to answer any general questions I had about the operation and maintenance. The staff and installers were professional, clean and easy to talk to throughout the quoting, scheduling and installation process.I would recommend and plan on installing a stand alone stove in the future from them.

My wife and I bought a Jøtul GF 160 gas fired stove and we love it. It’s super compact and an ultra modern design.We really appreciated their newly renovated showroom as it had a variety of stoves on display to get a true sense of what we wanted.We received excellent customer service and was quite impressed with the level of knowledge – as they definitely know their products.I would certainly recommend Country - five stars all around.Thank you Sarah and Jesse.

I have nothing but praise for this small business. The person I dealt with almost exclusively was Ralph. I purchased a woodstove with all the associated chimney accessories for this stove and also for another wood cook stove that I purchased. I did the installation myself, so I had many many questions. I met with Ralph on numerous occasions going over ever detail possible, concerned about failing anywhere, and not receiving my WETT certification. Ralph was always willing to meet with me and was very patient answering all my questions, and a real pleasure to deal with. Ralph is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and was therefore able to provide suggestions and best practices, and recommend courses of action. He would always call back fairly promptly when leaving him a message. I had minor interactions with the other staff as well, and all were a joy to deal with. You guys are a great team of professionals and I ask God's blessing upon your establishment. Thanks again.

My husband and I just bought a beautiful red Pacific Energy wood stove and the entire process was great. Cassandra was very helpful and informative while helping us select an appropriate stove for our space. Jesse and John did the installation and they are a great team. Our stove was installed quickly and efficiently, despite our boxer 'supervising' them the entire time lol.Did I mention that it's RED? ;)I highly recommend them! ☺️

Be wary of buying from this place. They have a great selection of stoves but once you walk out the door and they have your money, there is little or no customer service. I bought a new in crate Morso Stove from Country Stoves and sunrooms. When I uncrated it a day later it was rusted over 1/3 of the surface externally with some rust on the inside. I called their office and, instead of hearing ' How do we make this right?', all I got was the runaround. I knew they had another clean model on the floor but there was no willingness to help. I was told that these things travel over on a boat, I should expect rust and that I should just buy some stove paint... after I just spent over $2,000! I had to drive back over an hour that day and demand that my unit be switched for the one on the floor. I was told that I should have made an appointment! I am a general contractor, and, after this negative experience, I would not go back to this business unless I had no other choice.
