There were a few times I showed up later in the day and didn't receive much, but that's my own fault. Even then they gave me everything they could. The only thing I don't like is as a family of 5, we are usually given the same amount as a family of 2. I just wish that we could get a little more as we have more mouths to feed, but other than that I love the this place. The staff are so kind and helpful!

I went here once or twice to pick up food because I've lived here all my life and have worked and contributed to the economy. However there's a lot of grabby foreigners that come to this place to get free food because they're too lazy too lazy to work and want free stuff. I don't think they should be given free food over people that were born here and worked here all their life

I know EVERONEis missing Mel, nothing at Parker street has been the same. Be four if you needed assistance with emergency oil you would get it with 24/48 hours at the most (if they were able to assist) now it take a week or more. So you will have to pretty much suffer till then.If your approved and they are able to assist they shouldn't have you waiting around....especially when you have small children smh Its VERYFrustrating when you're tryou keep getting is an answering machine.new management is sooooo bad

Great place but TBH the new wave of ignorant people is insane my dad was pushed out of the way (65yrsold) by two women that always stand there and take way more then there share its disgusting I've gone to Parker St since I was like 10 (37now) and until the last couple years it was great now it's just people from away that don't need it taking it so they can save there money to buy range roversPs don't use the food bank to save your money out of cheapness some of us are actually destitute

The people are extremely nice. They are very helpful. However it is what it is is a food bank you get what you get as for the furniture I question to how clean it is in sense of bed bugs but I am sure it is a good but I wouldn't be giving them away or selling them. However it is a safe place if you need to talk to someone they would lead you in the right direction

I took a friend there to get some help and they said that the person they talked to was very rude. If you don't have any compassion for people then you shouldn't be working there.
