I had an air line leak on my way to Sudbury so I made arrangements to stop by 30 minutes before their closing. I was interested in their opinion so I could buy the necessary parts from them then repair it myself at the nearby truck stop. John (I believe his name was) didn't even let this cross his mind. He had me pull into the garage then he proceeded to make the necessary repairs in a flash. He even took the time to tell me more about what should be looked at when the annual is done elsewhere the following week.I'd visit this shop without reservation. Oh, and the cost to carry out my repairs was extremely reasonable. Much appreciated guys, thanks for the outstanding service!

Great service and excellent staff and technicians. Squeeze me in the fix my brake line on my RV so I could get home. Very reasonable shop rate too for a heavy large truck repair facility. I will continue to use them. Cindy and John were excellent.

Sent a driver there recently with a bad brake chamber.They had it changed in short order and the pricing was very fair. We’ll be keeping their phone number handy in case we need repairs in that area again.

Not knowing the area. Valley truck and spring has really stepped up. Running an 03, w900. The parts are getting hard to get. Rad issues are not a easy fix. They have. I can only say at this point, If you have a break down in the Pembroke area. Don’t hesitate to look into this shop. Thank you to all here.

Broke down with our VR on the 17. Rainy day on the side road, I called Rush and spoke to Cindy.... I knew right away that she was a service person.... Professional help from the towing down to the diagnostic and repair... had to wait 3 days for the parts to come.... They offered electrical shore line and we filled our water tank.... Bravo and thank you!

Extremely resourceful, friendly and capable service and staff that rebuilt the axle on our boat trailer. Great advice to both help us get back up and running as well as upgrade parts to prevent this from breaking again. We wouldn't have made it home in the same afternoon we broke down without them. We are so very grateful they could help us out in a pinch and prices were perfectly fair. It is so refreshing to encounter such nice and helpful people these days. Despite breaking down, they made what was bad situation into an extremely positive experience.Thanks again!

Had a unexpected breakdown on my way through Pembroke. Was able to limp my truck to this location. They seemed busy but took me in right away and checked out my vehicle. Earron and Kyle were great. They found the problem and were able to give me multiple options. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable with desail trucks large and small. Would definitely recommend. Followed all covid requirements.

It was great before switching to new ownership and staff changes made it a place I wouldn't want to deal with if I don't need to!
