Read this!I have not had a 30 day dry aged carpaccio in Calgary that compares to chef David. Olds is a very fortunate town to have an exquisite restaurant like this. Let me continue; pork two ways / DIVINE. SALTIMBOCCA to die for. I haven’t had scallops cooked this well since the last time I was in New Brunswick. The veal Demi glacé on the filet was impeccable. Add to this a wine list that is remarkably priced and great? Drive to olds and get in here! Our server was just perfect. Knowledgeable, efficient and fun. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but he has lung red hair.If you are coming to Olds for dance or baton take the time and treat yourself. You will leave thrilled.

I grew up in Olds and have recently moved back after living internationally for many year. I took my family based on the reviews, having never been myself.For one, they were so accommodating with allergies and intolerances, which was so wonderful - Including gluten free in Italian restaurant.Second - the food was incredible. Not just “good for Olds” but incredible for anywhere. Any where. Any country. I was blown away. The technicality was noted by on of our guests, who is also a chef.We are so lucky to have this restaurant in our community, what a treasure. Worth the trip. With the visit. Highly, highly recommended.

We've been to this restaurant twice, and ordered one of their prim rib meals for pick up during covid. Our expectations have always been exceeded. The food (and dessert! ) is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional.

Nice little restaurant. For the most part accurately priced items. Butternut squash is my favourite but it’s always a little too salty.We didn’t get an or amuse-bouche during our last visit which was disappointing as we look forward to that when dining here.Servers are all really nice, and helpful. Would be nice if they were open later than 8pm.

We were looking to book a table last week to celebrate valentine day yesterday. So we called Chef David's Cacio Pepe Italian Bistro. Girl who answered the phone very professional and helped me understanding their special Valentine menu and helped me booking my reservation. Minute after that I received a text message confirming my reservation. We knew we had to drive 45 minutes to reach the restaurant but I knew it's worth driving to try Chef David's food. We had a warm welcome and seated immediately. Bartender to servers were very professional and friendly. Meals were amazing, presentation wow , very delicious. We were very full and had left over food to bring home. We were dying to meet Chef David, he came out and talked to almost every customer in the dinning area. Not only that Chef make sure we were ok to drive back home safely. We highly recommend this place to everyone who are looking for delicious food and great customer service. It's not too far to drive. Thank you Chef & Clare for Amazing food and service.

This place is a hidden gem, highly recommend it! The food was delicious and of very high quality, service was top notch, comfortable ambiance. Did not expect to discover fine dining on par with what you would find in Vancouver or Toronto right here in our small town of Olds. Was nice to meet Chef David, he stopped by our table for a chat. I can see why people travel from far off places to eat here. Looking forward to our next visit … soon!

What an amazing find in small town Alberta! Amazing choices and great tasting food for a good price for what you get. It’s pretty rare to have chefs come out and greet guests after a meal, but the chef/owner did and it added to the whole experience. Staff was very attentive and all courses from appetizer to dessert was truly tasty. Will come back the next time I’m in Olds!

Is this place run by Gordon Ramsey? It was amazing. Better than Las Vegas fine dining. You must eat here. Take your kids. This place is amazing. My wife found this place via google maps and the reviews. I thought, okay we'll try it. The portions are huge, the food is top quality, and the taste is incredible. Gordon Ramsey would be proud. Thank you for the great night, and having food so tasty my kids were quiet the whole meal! WE WILL be returning! Cheers.

The food was perfectly priced for the portions and level of skill. The service was on point. Not a single complaint can come to mind. We had a chipped dish, but the issue was sorted right away, and we were even given a complimentary dessert as reparation. Will definitely come back again

We stopped in for Sunday lunch on the way from Lethbridge to Edmonton. Nice atmosphere, staff, location. I ordered the Chicken Waldorf Wrap with garden salad. The wrap was fresh, delicious and tasty with a hint of a Caribbean flavour. The garden salad was exceptional with butter, red and green leaf lettuce, micro greens, artichoke, grapes, avocado, cucumber carrot curls, peppers and a delicious vinaigrette. A most enjoyable driving break!
