Awful, unfriendly service. And don't bring your children. God forbid your kid needs the bathroom urgently, the store won't let you use it.

Pathetic customer service. Will never recommend anyone to shop from here.Shopped here for the first time and it was a pathetic experience.The cashier made a mistake and did not apply the discounts. I paid more and when I asked him to correct the price, he was so confused that he had to call the manager.Even after fixing the issue, I still paid more than my friend who shopped the same items. When I again asked, the manager said that the bill was calculated wrong and she can’t do the discount. Wasted my time and money.

Staffs are helpful, however not a huge fan or the collection. Everything was so wrinkly and shapeless it’s a bit depressing. The quality is also way worse than their regular store, which is understandable; but the price isn’t much cheaper/justified.

I was in the store yesterday, in search of a specific size of Core Temp Chinos. When I couldn't find the necessary pair, Iyamu checked store inventory (typical for most sales associates). Sure enough, none in my husbands size. Iyamu then suggested he call the other Ottawa store because it showed 1"

Shopped here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was quite impressed. The staff were friendly, helpful and the store was definitely clean and organised. Did manage to get at least one pair of pants in my size. Would have bought more, but will need to keep going back looking for good deals.
