The owner and staff at Central Alberta Flooring were amazing to deal with. I struggled with making a decision and ultimately didn’t pick the carpet color I was hoping for. They did everything they could to give me options and ideas and were super patient with me. Thank you Michael, Gerry and Shirley for going above and beyond.

After trudging through a lot of stores, and not getting any help with my search for bathroom tile, I made a stop at Central Alberta Flooring. Not only was I able to find some great tile, but my salesperson, Michael, actually helped me to make some decisions by presenting great options. He asked a lot of questions, and his knowledge of what was available streamlined the entire process. I was very grateful for his product knowledge and enthusiasm. Need flooring or tile? Amazing staff, so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Shirley came to our home and helped us select the flooring and carpet. We are so pleased with the results, thank you Shirley our home looks amazing. We did the prep work ourselves and the installers and the owner (upon our request) came to see if all was in order prior to installation.This is a one stop shopping business, they know their products, they have in house consultation, their installers are also very knowledgeable and answered many of our questions.

Love Central Alberta Flooring!! From the very beginning of our bathroom renovation, Michael was awesome! He did the design work and gave me ideas on tile styles and different colour schemes. Once we had everything picked out, installation was booked within a week.They delivered all the materials the day before so the installer had everything here, ready to go. Isaac (installer) showed up on time, was extremely polite and he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions.The bathroom tile looks absolutely amazing!! Michael did a great job giving me options and helping me pick the right tile. Isaac was professional and he did a fantastic job - the care he put into making sure the job was done right is impressive.Thank you Central Alberta Flooring ~ I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

We recently finished a major kitchen renovation. Krysta helped us with our choices for flooring, backsplash and quartz countertops. We're very happy with the end result. Salesman Michael Dowler knows his stuff! He assisted us in selecting perfect flooring for our home’s needs. The contractors were so friendly and efficient and did an amazing installation. The owner came to the house and did the measurements. We liked that he was directly involved. All in all an easy and stress free experience.

From start to finish, the staff at Central Alberta Flooring were fantastic to work with. Michael and Gerry both made sure we found exactly what we wanted for our renovation, and gave us lots of information about the products we were looking at. The install crew was great - fast, clean, and they did a beautiful job. The floors look awesome, and I am super happy with the whole process. Will definitely be back!
