I got a leaking valve stem fixed on passenger side front tire on Dec24 and parked my car in my parking lot( across the street from Integra Tire)didn't drive till Dec 27 , started driving and notice terrible noise and steering wheel was shaking.... of course they were closed for the holidays!! Took car to mechanic across the street and discovered that THEY DIDN'T EVEN TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS!!!!!! I'm 72 years old and that could have ended my life if I was as STUPID as the person that fixed" the tire !!!"

Thank you for saving my weekend!! I called at 3:30 a hour and half before they close and before a long weekend. Mike was awesome and got me in right away!! My vehicle was fixed and out in no time!! Amazing service from these guys!! Will definitely be back.

Referred by a friend in the auto industry. Did not disappoint. Detailed notes and very good work. Honest and fairly priced. Local shop with long time local staff. Very happy with results. Truck drives more controlled at speeds over 120kph since work was done.Lighting issues, front brakes and alignment.Many thanks. Will be back.

Unfortunately they caused damage to my steering wheel and have denied it. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and to change out the tires. When I recieved it I left the shop and found the damage. Upon reporting it they had me return, they looked at it, denied it was them. Their manager said to give her some time and they would call back the next day. They failed to call back. I called them back and they again denied doing the damage and said it was sun damage.I have used this shop previously with no issues and good service.If you look at the photo, it's clearly not sun damage and is clearly recent. The photo was taken just after I left the shop.
