Friendly professional staff with great selection of flooring products, showers, kitchens and wall tiles. They also have paints, window blinds, rugs and mats. The installers really know what they are doing, some of them have been doing it longer than I've been alive. 100% reccomend them for any size of job.

This company was unprofessional from the start. Their first quote was incorrect by 2 thousand dollars, the people who did the tear out took chunks out of our baseboard, and broke the quarter round at the base of our stairs, and the installers damaged our walls, doorways, and left black marks all over our doors. Did I mention we had just hired a professional painter to paint our entire house? I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our company Bogdanovic Construction Inc. builds new residential construction roughly 25-30 homes a year. We have been working with Saugeen Valley Carpet and Tile for 12 years now (since 2010) and could have not asked for a better service provider. Debbie and her team are phenomenal to work with; hardworking, passionate, respectful, and have an keen eye for design and color. They bend over backwards to get all of the orders together, get everything delivered on time, professionally communicate and follow up with our clients to make sure that their needs are met. They stand by their product and are extremely knowledgeable and would not sell anything but the best quality material. Overall they continue to exceed our expectations and it shows, which is exactly why they take on all of our projects yearly. We are SO lucky to be working with them!

Although extremely friendly and beautiful products this company does not return phone calls and does not follow-up on inquiries. I have waited 2 months for a quote and despite multiple calls and voicemail messages they do not reply. I even went into the store to get the quote but to no avail. Promises were made to send quote via email the next day and now it is two weeks later and nothing. The lack of professional courtesy is a real turn off and I will not consider them for any future work.
