New owners took over. They are terrible. Entire parking lot is under water from the melt. They can’t be bothered to unclog the drains.

New owners failed to provide me my damage deposit even after I paid a carpet cleaning company $200.00 CAD to get my apartments carpets steam cleaned upon my departure. They insisted on paying me half my damage deposit instead. If I were looking for an apartment I would strongly dissuade anyone from renting here.
