I have a second home in Eureka Mt unfortunately inter bel is the only internet provider in town. You are forced to pay 35 dollars a month for a land line that I never used and there pricing is very high compared to other services in the country. This is the price you pay for living here.There customer service is good and I have no complaints there.

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of when needed. No communication skills, Whatsoever no attempt to make contact before shutting off service. Ridiculously expense.Just terrible all-around service.

The staff was amazing but the paperwork to establish service is a bit much. I guess I'm used to calling in to establish service. No personal visits. But they made it as painless as they could and so friendly.

We tried using HughesNet for internet, but the connection wasn't good enough. We canceled their service and went with Interbel, our local provider in Eureka. Interbel's connection is great and so is their customer service. We are very satisfied with Interbel and recommend their service.

I needed internet and made contact with the ladies of inter bel. From Bailey to Jennifer, all the staff were responsive to my needs and made it quick and easy to establish service. Even over the phone and email. I later added a phone line that was done over email within an hour. Prices for internet is approx $99. But depends on needs. They offer bundle options also.

Fantastic! Great friendly service, reasonable prices. And it's a coop, which I really like. So glad to live in a community not reliant on the big telcom companies Comcast,CenturyLink,ATT,etc.

They say they have 24hr tech support however tier 1 is basically a book keeper Tier 2 their suppose to know how to trouble shoot and not do the same troubleshooting over and over on month later still their trying to figure it out. I know the proble just waiting to see what kind of smoke their going to blow up my rear. Most of the people are great but Tier 2 they don't care when it's closing time boy they shut down quick even when they say their going to call you back. Not happy

Incompetently ran and overpriced. The tech support are so bad at their job you're better off asking the Amish for help.The upload/download speeds are abysmal even with the higher tier internet packages and you'll frequently lose service for minutes at a time, sometimes even hours.

Internet is inconsistent to say the least, data caps on all but the highest packages, only a few times have I ever seen close to 100 mbs despite what we pay, instead it sits around 20 mbs or lower, I have almost 100 upload so I guess there's that, at the time of writing I'm getting 1mbs with almost 200 ping.

I'm editing my review and adding another star. I don't know what they did, but the service has gotten a lot better over the past year. We still experience hiccups from time to time but they're way less than before. Our speeds have also gotten much faster and consistent. Overall, I'm happy with how it's turned out. Granted, they're not perfect, but it's sooo much better.
