This Pharmacy has terrible customer service. I order my refills ahead of time every 3 months and every 3 months they tell me my prescriptions are ready. So I make the drive into town only to find out that, once again, they owe me more than half of my prescription. This last time was ridiculous. They gave me 10 pills out of 90! I don't mind if a pharmacy is short and I totally understand if they need more time. What I don't understand is that they tell me my prescriptions are ready without giving me a heads up that they are short once again. It's frustrating. You could tell the girls working the counter don't want to be there. I feel like I'm bothering them every time I go in which is terrible. To make matters worse when I do go in to initially order my refills they asked me from across the pharmacy, in front of anybody who's walking by, the names of my prescriptions. I don't care if it's just an allergy medication that stuff should be confidential and quiet! I feel awkward every time I have to say I don't feel comfortable saying the names of my medications. After they give me the pills that they owe me I am never going back to this Pharmacy. I plan on transferring all of my refills to anywhere else who likes business and treats their customers appropriately! Very disappointed with my small town Pharmacy.

I find Rexall is more expensive than Shoppers. However, it’s worth paying more in Amherstburg because Shoppers is almost always busy. I like the “be well” points system and the selection of eco friendly Method cleaning and hygienic products.The staff are friendly and the store is clean and well organized with good signage.Good selection of snacks, frozen food as well as cosmetics and general pharmacy goods.

I would give this place 0 stars if I can. This place unfortunately has the contract with OHIP as the supplier of in-home IV supplies throughout Windsor Essex region. The delivery of IV supplies are NEVER punctual despite IV infusion being time-sensitive. You are promised to receive your IV supplies/meds at 21:30 and then get your meds at 23:00 or even later; by the time you get your stuff your medicine is way overdue...I have had experience with other suppliers in other regions and this one is the WORST amongst the WORST.

The female pharmacist is completely incompetent and should not have a job. Her mistakes leave patients without the medication they rely on. Thank god for a great pharmacist assistant that is always fixing the horrible pharmacists mistakes.

Staff are incredible they go above and beyond!!!!. Always pleasant. Delivery has always been prompt. Little later because coming from 45mims away but we prefer it.

Strongly don’t tecommend this pharmacy. They are slow, constantly make mistakes with my refills, and for some reason are loathe to refill asthma medication (!!). I was at Shoppera for 30 years and regret changing. Too many headaches.

Amazing staff! It's never crazy busy and all we have to do is call and order our meds. They always have them ready for when we request to pick them up and there is never an issue with billing. They will even go as far as helping to see what the co-pays and costs will be when looking into medications.

Delivery service is terrible!!! Received a call at 8pm, late to begin with since the delivery was to Windsor. It didn't show up until after 10pm. People do want to go to bed.
