We had many truck tuned and deleted but the last 2 had to be returned due to not being installed properly now I can’t even connect to my truck after being back already and they were going to charge me to look at it due to the shotty work done and they won’t even try to fix the situation I won’t be dealing with this company anymore be aware

I called Kevin telling him that my head gasket had gone. 3 weekend mechanics had suggested that was the issue. I listed what was wrong and what my truck was doing. I told Keving that I wanted to keep it under 5k I hope.I was called within 3 hours and was told that one of the pins on my clutch fan was the issue. Imy bill was peanuts. He could have screwed me but he didn't. Not only have you earned my business but the Ram Tuff team has earned my respect. I thank you and I will recommend you every time.

Got my Diesel Ram 3500 Deleted in 2018 as well as tuned and after owning it for 4 years no issues whatsoever. Had a life circumstance arise where my 3500 no longer fit my lifestyle and had to sell it. Called RamTuff back and not only did they give me an overview of all the work I did so I could properly list it, they gave me advice on future vehicle purchase without prompt and welcomed getting a phone call to consult from their experience for my next diesel. Above and beyond customer service and workmanship that exceeds all expectations and they're not afraid to call a spade a spade. Lifetime customer earned.

Excellent place to take your truck.The did great work. Booked it in, had it fixed in 2 hours, and did exactly what I wanted done, didn't try to upsell or refuse to do the work as I supplied the part.Everyone there down to the wonderful young lady at the front knows what their doing.I will gladly darken their door again with my bussiness.Wonder if they will fix my wife car too.
