A contracter is a man of word. Without written contract. Ive many texts. Do yourself a favor and find another. Or contact for more details.

I would definately not recommend using these people. They cannot provide references and I definately understand why. I used these people twice and each time they quoted two weeks to do the job and they both turned into months. They overbooked themselves and no longer had interest in completing my project. They constantly demanded to be paid throughout the job but forced me to leave my work to buy them glue because they had no money to do so. When I got fed up with the delays they threatened that the job would not be completed. When challenged about the constant no shows grant started yelling obscenities about his partner and staff (very uncomfortable) I finally had to write up a separate contract to get the job done and for them to finish the previous job from a year earlier. Each time they came they left a snotty note. Stick to people who will let you talk to their customers. You will get a better idea of what kind of experience you will have

I’m absolutely thrilled with my fireplace installation by Grant and Chris. They were punctual to the minute. Easy to communicate with and from start of conversation to finish my stove was roaring with a fire in days. They are extremely knowledgeable in the work they do , very organized and tidy! All the necessary paperwork was perfect! Thank you guys! You made this stove install so easy!

Never shows up. Tried 4 times to have him come down. Never shows up or phoned to say he is not coming

Grant made promises after promise to come and service our fireplace ..but never showed up....They installed and forgot us....We were very disappointed and do not recommend this company if you want service.I just don't believe customer service wasn't there after the work was done.I can say they did a very good job with our fireplace.They will not get anymore of my business.

Booked a WETT inspection. Grant didn’t show up or have the cu courtesy To call and let us know he wasn’t coming TWO weekends in a row. Wouldn’t recommend. Obviously not interested in business.
