I didnt like it at all . Service was lousey food was mediocre at best accessable from the parking lot by mobility device but a hell of a time trying to get into the doors of the place. Atmosphere sucks. I got the impression they were about to close any second and were rushing people out. Good place to remember to avoid especially tourists.

Rice world is a miniature warehouse where you can buy various food staples (and a few other non food items) individually or in bulk. Their specially is in selling rice and grains in bulk. Don't expect that aisles to be clean and orderly or to see a price sticker on every item. Small paid parking lot joining the building.

⏰ Never opens on time, you could be waiting 1/2 hour or longer for the boss to arrive and unlock the doors to the Powell Street store.Good prices on Chinese noodles and sauces.

It used to be bette. The inconvenience was it opened too late everyday and you did not know when it opens. There is no business hours posted. Nowadays, it has got worse. Some items are even more expensive than at a grocery store whereas this is a warehouse type of retail store.

Relatively small comparing to its Richmond branch, fewer goods and did not see live fish on sale . Parking like anywhere in downtown is a nightmare.
