Worst customer care. I was overcharged and instead of apologizing, the woman behind the counter gave me attitude. So much for wanting to support a local shop. I'll happily give my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I love the service I get at McPhails. Emily works hard to know the customers and their pets so she can provide what they need. If I get low on dog food (my fault) she always makes sure my dogs have something to eat. My dogs and cat love the toys and treats too!

Kind of a grungy place, to be honest. But the reason for my review is the care of the live animals they're selling. The poor rabbits are in tiny, dark, dank cages at the very back of the store. Like... They don't even have lights. It's depressing. Animals are for more than profit, you know. They're living creatures.
