Clean restaurant and friendly staff, food and ice cream are both below average though. Typical fast-food that's not very good, there's better options for a quick and cheap meal. Ice cream is also pretty average - they don't even have waffle cones anymore. This used to be the only real dedicated ice cream in Chilliwack besides local spots (like farms), but now that Marble Slab and Banter are in town... there are way better options.

Milk shake lids were not put on correctly and spilled in our vehicle. Overcharged and not given the correct refund.

One again, without fail, DQ screws up our take out order. They bank on the fact that its too inconvenient to return tge food. My advise. Go to a restaurant where they at least speak english.

The cake artist did a wonderful job on our custom cake. The lady on the phone was a little difficult to speak with and didn't write down everything we discussed for the cake artist but it still turned out great!

Sorry I got to say this. I love dairy Queen and all the blizzards. I've eaten from it but I got a flamethrower burger and it was burnt which is unfortunate cuz it seemed like it was going to taste like a really tasty burger but I just can't get past the chard. Patty

Normally great I had a turtle pecan blizzard, told them I have a peanut allergy and they put peanuts in there specifically lol. Little disappointing and ended up in the hospital. All in all good food just poor quality control at times i notice and can be subpar service. Will go back just wont trust them with my health on certain matters. Ps the donut is from tim Hortons(it was my cheat meal)

DQ has ShrinkFlation Mastered.I have to give a 3 star review here as my last 2 visits were very unbalanced. 1 was barely worth a star, the other, a solid 4.Do you remember when Buster Bars were something to write home about? They were big, thick layers of fudge and peanuts, random chunks of fudge in the icecream. Now, they're I'd guess close to 50% the size they used to be. I literally had 6 peanuts in mine.Yes, I counted. If there was a tablespoon of fudge, I'd be shocked. They're tiny compared to what they once were. The picture isn't trickery, the little water bottle is there for perspective. It's actually comical.Value on this item sucks. Certainly won't be buying these again. Not worth it. DQ gets a 5/5 on giving less for more.I'll leave you with the good. I purchased a blizzard cake, requested double fudge and extra toppings. They did not disappoint. Amazing. $47 though. I would buy cakes for all the holidays if they were not so bloody expensive. DQ would make more money. Oh wait. They're earning more money by making infant sized buster bars priced at adult sized bars. ;-)Well, good thing birthdays are only 1x per year. That's when I might be back I guess because I certainly won't be paying basically $50 for a cake very often.

*Lost 2 stars after last visit. We ordered two burgers with no tomato, she repeated back to us for both no tomato" and yet we get home and there's tomato on both. Kitchen staff
