If I could give them a thousand stars I would. Every time I go there I get treated with respect I get told exactly what's going on with my vehicle. They don't try to sell you on extra service but they do let you know if there's anything else wrong. And really they just have a personable bunch of people there. Most of the time I go there I deal with Drew but everybody that works there is very friendly. They were booked out till Friday and I had a serious issue with my car then I needed fixed so I could go to work and guess what? They squeezed me in. If you're going to go anywhere for service please go here you'll be pleased too.

Tate was excellent to work with. He under promised and over performed. Kept me informed as things happened or changed. The system of notifications worked excellent, my first experience with text messages from a service repair shop. Seemed to be very efficient. Thanks for the great service

Everything went well up to the very end. A lack of communication was had. Lifetime power train warranty was revoked on the date of the purchase because a plow was being put on for personal use. This should have been communicated right away. I felt a little blindsided. Also steps were not put on the truck, but that is a different story. I felt the permaplate package wasn't needed and it scratched up the new truck already. I won't put permaplate on again. In the finance room, I felt a little targeted about buying extending warranties from the slick salesman. I declined all offers and I would recommend that to my friends as well.

The staff was very professional and the process was quick and comfortable. No appointment was needed for the oil change (a first for me). After the oil change they even run your car through the car wash. Excellent!!!I will take my car to Dondelinger's for all my car needs.

I've had nothing but Great Customer Service from Dondelinger in Brainerd. I worked with Taylor to buy my truck and had great service and an overall Great Experience. Corey did an excellent Job in the finance dept. and explained things in an easy to understand way . I've worked with Brent in Service to handle a couple of repairs and was pleased with the overall service, professionalism and the especially the communication .... Brent always keeps me in the loop on the status of my trucks repair and interfaces seamlessly with my warranty provider to for quick, easy and efficient resolution on any claims. I recommend Dondelinger for both Sales & Service
