We were pleased with Kelly Landscaping's services. They accommodated our concerns, purchased our items as we requested, arranged appropriately with the staff needed to put up our front and backyard plants and rocks and our concrete stairway and sidewalk.Put care into their work, love into attention to details, and answer all our queries when required if corrections need to be made. We would honestly ask for their services again if we needed more work.

We had Kelly’s Landscaping come and do our fencing, final grade, sod installation, composite landing, and cement patio. It was great to have all those services under one company. Taylor was great at creating a plan for what we wanted to do with our yard.The carpentry company that did the fence and deck were very easy to work with and did an amazing job. All the landscaping was done by Kelly and her crew. It was nice to see that Kelly was always here during all the work and explained the plans clearly.The end result is beautiful and I would definitely recommend Kelly’s Landscaping.

We LOVE our new back and front yard! Although it was completed after the summer was over (which we had been warned about) it still looks great. We can't wait to see it once all of the plants are in bloom next spring. The variety of plants chosen for our yard ensures we have something interesting to look at all year long...even now with winter just around the corner. We would recommend Kelly's Landscaping in a heart-beat. This family run business takes pride in what they do and it shows. Kelly's Landscaping is the company to use if you have any landscaping needs. If you need any wood work done (we needed a new gate) her contractor, Chad, will add another special finishing touch. Thank you Kelly and Team for our fabulous yards. It surpassed what we had envisioned!

Wow! What a difference Kelly's Landscaping did to our yard. From our initial meet with Taylor we felt comfortable, and confident that we made the right choice. Communication with Kelly, and Taylor was spot on through the whole process. Taylor had great advice, and she was able to see my wife's vision from the get go. When the actual work started, Kelly was there hands on directing traffic. She must of had 12 staff flowing like a perfect symphony. The staff were super polite, and cleaned up like they were never there. We are very happy with our new back yard, and look forward to Kelly's Landscaping doing our front in the future.

I first contacted Kelly's Landscaping last year in the fall. It was pretty late to start any project so they promised to call me back in the spring. They did indeed hold to that promise.Taylor came out to our place for a free estimate. We have shopped around with multiple contractors and basically wanted to get a feel for what each one had to say.Our plan was to use Belgard MegaLibre pavers for our path between the garage and deck, as well as a little pad foe the BBQ area. Of all the contractors. Taylor was the only one who was honest and realistic enough to tell us that what we were looking for would not actually work very well with the pavers I had. She also explained why.None of the other contractors said anything about it.She had explained to me all the possible options that we had with concrete and some of the amazing work that can also be achieved with it. Stamping and coloring was never something mentioned to us as a viable option. Boy were we surprised. It was a lot cheaper and the work is a lot more longer lasting.So what I really want to put out there is that;Trust is so important in this day and age and sadly it falls short most of the time. Taylor had been transparent throughout. Her patience with us when we were constantly bombarding them with questions or even slight changes here and there, she never wavered.As for her crew. Basically all of the above. They were fantastic. They were in touch with us every step of the way. They always asked us questions when it came to certain deviations from the plan to better it in some way or to add some curb appeal. They were also educational when they explained why they would do something a certain way vs our understanding of how it would be done. They took their time with every little detail. And I mean every detail. Even a slight angle change. If they weren't satisfied, they would change it.Overall, I would highly recommend them. They hold themselves to a higher standard and they deserve all the credit that is given to them. I don't feel this review will will do them justice. Our experience with Kelly’s Landscaping was nothing but positive. From the beginning design phases to the finished product, I was amazed at how high quality, quick and professional this company was. We got lava rock, artificial dog friendly turf instead of sod, and plants throughout. They also did an awesome job levelling out our backyard, while still ensuring that there’s proper drainage of water when it rains. My boyfriend and both dogs love our new backyard! Highly recommended for their excellent attention to detail, customer service, friendly/warm communication and desire to do whatever possible to make their clients happy.We love their service so much that we convinced ourselves we needed to redo our whole front yard as well!

So I hired Kelly's to do a deck extension - on a referral from a close friend who used them to fix someone else's bad work! I went from a small square deck to one across the entire back area of the house overlooking the pond. The deck is absolutely beautiful..well designed ..well built even down to matching the stone on the original pillars. I also had them do the steps down the side of the house to the back yard (walk out basement) and redo the front landing concrete as it had separated from the house. The work was well done, on time, on budget! they did such great work that I have already booked them to do more work this April - redoing my entire front landscaping as well as the back area to create a sitting area inclusive of the fire pit by he back fence. The designs were creative and well thought out. Cost was relatively affordable too. I am the envy of my neighbours! Oh and I am referring them to all my friends and i am receiving great feedback! not afraid to refer these guys! you will will not be disappointed.

Kelly, Taylor, Gord and their crew were absolutely amazing to work with! They were so professional and communication was phenomenal. We were part of every single decision from start to finish. Their massive crew was efficient and friendly. The whole team's experience and expertise definitely shined.Our landscaping is modern and simplistic with a large stone patio and decking. The final result is so much more than we had envisioned and the compliments from friends, family and neighbours keep coming! Thank you so much, Kelly and team! We love it ❤️

Kelly's Landscaping has been the most professional company I have ever dealt with bar none. Their five star review is well deserved. I had called three companies to get quotes to re-landscape our backyard after a shed and concrete walkway we had installed obliterated our backyard. Apparently, during the pandemic, it has been near impossible to get a hold of any company as everyone seems to have had the same idea (to tackle yard projects at this time). While the other companies took about 2-3 weeks to even return my call, I was called back the next day by Wendy at Kelly's Landscaping. While it did take a while to get a quote and get the work started, I received constant updates of timelines or earlier availabilities during that time. The quote we received was on par with all the other companies, but Kelly's was able to start work 2 whole months sooner than anyone else. Taylor tackled the design and coordinated the work. Unfortunately, I was out of town the first few days when work started but I was constantly updated and sent texts/images from Taylor to ensure the landscaping went exactly how I wanted. Shout out to the workers as well - they displayed the utmost level of professionalism I have ever seen. Every day they swept up debris and left over material into neat piles as to not be in anyone's way. Not a single stone was out of place or blocking the streets' drainage. Also something that should be noted, even though the concrete curbing we put in was set, the workers lifted their wheelbarrows (loaded and unloaded) over every curb as to not damage the newly poured curb. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.

I requested a quote from Kelly's Landscaping for my backyard patio and I was quickly contacted by a client coordinator to book the visit/estimate. We decided to proceed with the project and I'm very happy with the communication process and final results. Taylor was very helpful with answering questions and providing recommendations/ideas for our yard.The job took only one day to complete and the work site was left tidy and clean. I look forward to using my new patio this summer and would not hesitate to contact Kelly's for any future projects!
