Honestly, I find Tania unapproachable in terms of customer service; and last year, I was given an incorrect tax amount. The tax representative at this location claimed that I owed more to the CRA than I actually did. The CRA had to provide me with a refund many months later because I overpaid. This just caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Each year the price goes up for the service, but yet the customer service quality doesn’t get better. Just being honest.
