Site showed that the dump was open on August 6th (civic holiday) until 6 pm but when I arrived, site was closed. Amazing how no one bothered to update there times. Terrible

Staff here are clearly not happy about working here or I caught them on a bad day... just not a good experience at all. Today I went to the recycling centre on kilbride rd, SO MUCH BETTER! The paths are clearer and the staff are SO much nicer. Just go there if you’re needing to deal with staff members. I will be going there from now on.

We’ve gone here for quite a long time, and last time we went we brought our usual stuff, but realized it didn’t seem like they accepted wood anymore unfortunately. But it’s a great place to go when you have large loads of recyclables.Easy parking, it’s laid out in a very simple way, you just back up to the appropriate bin, and unload your stuff and so on!We will have to find a new place to get rid of our wood though⭐️Bring your batteries here!! Save them up and please don’t throw them in the trash!

Wow. There are some really angry and miserable people working here. (The only exception is the guy that collects hazardous waste. He's pretty friendly.)The best strategy is to drop off your trash and escape ASAP.

This place is well organized. If you have brush, rigid plastic, normal recycling, corrugated board, cardboard, paper, steel, appliances or electronics - no need to be weighed, just stay to the right, pull into the ample bin spaces and a happy person will actually help you if hou need. The place is designed to get people in and out quick. Well done!

Jammed and slow if you want to use the garbage/dump disposal. Obviously, recycling would be quick.
