We purchased our fireplace insert from Granny's and were not happy with the initial product for various reasons. Granny's owners Mike and Barb went above and beyond customer service to make sure we were completely satisfied with our fireplace. Mike made house calls to check in on us and his service team was outstanding in their technical ability and attitude. We recently moved here from the Vancouver area and have never experienced this level of service and genuineness from any service industry! If you are seeking a fireplace these are the people you want to work with! Faye and Paul
