Worst. Got here at 6 pm with my toddler. It’s 11 pm and we still have not seen the doctor. This is some messed up health care system. It’s the citizens fault really, everyone waits around for hours on end like sheep without raising any concern-not with staff, it’s not their fault. Higher authorities need to be held accountable for such a horrible system. You could literally die waiting and no one will know.

Way easier than going to the ER at the hospital. I’ve been here twice, once just a few weeks ago, and both times got in within 90 minutes. The staff’s nicer than my general experience with the hospital ERs too.

Awful.My mom had a CT scan she's been waiting for since January at 7:00am. Check in is at 6:30am. Doors locked. No one on the premises. Signs say the facilities do not open until 8am. The phones are not answered.Once we actually made it to the desk we needed to be at we expressed our frustration with the confusing facility and the lady said oh you didn't call ........ number with ... extension? That's our number" (this number and extension was not indicated on ANY of the website).After that the front desk lady continued to be rude and condescending towards us."

I lost! There are South and North entrance. The lab was very busy! However people are nice and caring patients. I felt here is good:) safe!

Everything was unfair except one nurse service. we should change the title from urgent care to late care I believe they really don’t know the definition of urgent. Especially the (Doctors) we wait for almost six hours and we come out this place was empty only cleaners were cleaning after 6 hours of waiting they didn’t provide us service we went one person sick we come out three of us were sick coz they awaited us in the interview room with 25 degree cold.

Absolutely horrendous! The nurses are so rude and dismissive, even the doctors are horrible. Asking the nurse about wait time automatically turns into “you’re harassing the nurses”. Doctors even slam the door in your face here. Go elsewhere if you want quality health care or even decent decorum.

we went here for a broken arm. she was in a lot of pain. We had to wait there for almost 6 hours in the waiting room. Once we finally got the x-ray. The doctor was completely rude, telling us that she couldn’t help us because she was under the age of 18 and was saying that he couldn’t give her a splint or anything because there was no parent with her. absolutely disgusted with this urgent care and will never be coming back.

Went in Friday 19th, @ 6:00pm , waited in line to see Anne at triage. I had gotten a cotton fluff in my eye and it was swollen and infected. When I got in to a room Sandi, nurse, checked me over, took vitals and answered questions. Doctor Yarema came in and dealt with my eye , answered questions, gave me a solution and sent me on my way. The wait said 2hrs 50 min. I was there there almost that exact amount of time. All three of the above staff were awesome. They were efficient, friendly and answered my questions, Would definitely go here again for treatment.

I had a great experience here. Everyone I encountered was kind and I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Lee was personable and I didn't feel rushed when I was talking with him. The nurses were all lovely.
