Fountain Tire

They offer Airmiles here, which is a bonus. Now I used to shop at another place in town and still may because I have a nephew and a church friend that work at the other shop.But there I a reason that I will use this tire shop in the future.A couple years back I had a flat just a couple miles away from the shop, early morning. Their roadside guy stopped on his way to the shop and helped me at no charge.I bought a trailer tire here after that. They actually had one in stock.My most recent purchase 4 275/55R20 tires.Installed the day I called and asked for them. They were less expensive then the other shop I called and they had the tires I wanted in stockStill good months later when I changed my tires back to the winter ones.

Quick and professional, great prices!!. Offered service shuttle to get me to and from work while my car was in their shop. Staff was friendly. Chris kept in touch as needed. I bought both my all seasons and snow tires from here, and will be back with husband's truck near winter for his snow tires

Needed a loose tire repaired late in the day, dropped the tire off and before I arrived home (45 minute drive) was contacted and tire was ready for me.Excellent Service!!

Had a flat tire outside of GP on a Saturday . Contacted the shop and they had what I needed. Was not able to get to the shop until after hours, they accommodated me to get my tire replaced, Tire guy was great and so friendly, replaced my tires and I was on my way within 25 minutes . I have to thank them so much helping me out

Best service I've had with anyone to do with my vehicle! I live 3 hours away. I called in the day prior to see if they had the set I needed. They said they did and I had my appointment booked for 11:30am, quoted $1000 for my tires with labor included because they had a them 15% off. When I got there they said they only had one of of the tires in stock.. the girl I talked to on the phone said I only asked for one she thought. So because of the miscommunication. The one guy drove 45 min out of town to get the other 3 from a different fountain, brought them back, called me when he was back and they literally had them on in 20 minutes! Then charged me only $870, plus an extra 50 air miles! Just for the miscommunication! And a $120 prepaid master card (this is part of the rebate deal going on right now) I will definitely be sticking with them. Best service ever!

Great customer service. I had a slow leak in my front driver's side tire and had to do big 12 hour drive to attend my father's funeral. I got off work late and showed up at the shop last minute right before they were closing. I was stressed and in a panic and in desperate need of the tire repair. They squeezed me in no problem. The staff were friendly and personable and very kind. They sensed I was having a rough time with the loss of my Dad and anxiety of the funeral and drive etc. They didn't even charge me anything for the tire repair. That made my whole week. The smallest kindest gestures are huge and going forward because of that I won't buy tires anywhere else and if anyone asks that is the shop I will recommend. Thank you again to the nice bunch at Fountain Tire for doing that for me! I really appreciate it!
