I was looking for a Robotic cleaner and knew exactly what model I wanted : the Polaris VRX IQ+. I looked online and called a few places and all were pretty much in the same price range until I called this place and got it for $350 cheaper than the closest competitor and they had it in stock as well as many other models. Not only did I get it at a great price but they took time to make sure to provide me with all the information to get an extra year of warranty coverage by going online to register it. The whole transaction was fast and smooth. Thank you very much!

Prices are high, they don't have much. Their o-rings are a mess (they go by where they fit, not by size). Their filter sand has no size or specs so they don't know what they are selling. The place is clean and big. The workers are great except one. She's always there so she must be one of the owners or managers! She NEVER smiles. She's rude. If you ask a question she looks at you as if you were dumb, gives you a minimum answer. She beleives that there are no other pool stuff than what she sells. They are closed on Sundays.

This is my third year using them for my pool needs. They lost my file and didn't know who I was. Sent them a copy of their 2019 invoice that had all my pool details. That wasn't good enough for them. The manager was very impolite and didn't care if we took our business elsewhere - which we did. I prefer to do business close to home to support local merchants but her rude behavior didn't give us that option.

Store is displayed nicely with friendly staff. They didn't pressure me to buy anything. They offer free water testing service to everyone. Prices are great if you need supplies! 5 stars.

Chlorine has a shelf life and it seems that more often then not I get last years stock, as it requires more then it should to shock (water is balanced prior). Also, their testing machine/instructions are lacking which causes massive algae blooms if followed. After 5 years of following their instructions I spent 2 years doing all the testing myself and the difference was crazy. Crystal clear water and no stress.
