Worst laundry place ever.Despite being a coin laundry first come first serve they give priority to people that come in for both washing and drying their clothes.If you re in for drying they will make you wait for ages and talk to you arrogantly.

First time they're easy to deal with, help me with the dryer, reasonable prices

I brought a blanket in to be washed. I went the next day to pick up and someone had taken the blanket. They told me that they would buy a new blanket which was good. Thank you but the blanket was brought back 3 weeks later and they expected me to pay the amount to have it washed. It was taken home by someone else and then you pretend you cant understand. Not acceptable. It's a business. The customer is suppose to be right. I feel let down by them. They should have covered the cost. Not professional at all. They only take cash. I wonder how much the pocket.

very rude ladies working there, needs to be fixed.I asked her to fix the coins and she blamed me for that as well.This is stupid response and clearly very bad service.They need to know how to give customer service!!!Very bad

Worst laundry place ever. Lady working there is so rude. If you take lill bit extra time she will start talking loud to you in front of everyone. No manners. Behaving like she is boss there.

very bad experience. I clearly mentioned to the lady working there that not to touch my clothes at all. still she took my clothes out of the dryer. I literally hate when somebody touches my clothes. Never ever going back there. she is into this business but she doesn’t know that she is not suppose to touch clothes without consent. Now I have to wash my clothes again. At least they should know their one stupid thing can spoils somebody’s day. That was so frustrating. wasted my time and money. you guys need some education before jumping into a business.

I don't understand why owners are not looking at the reviews. So many customers are disappointed. I went for my laundry, first they arrived late to the opening hours. Then THAT LADY. She clearly does not know how to talk to customer. I was taking my cloths out from the dryer and saw a huge nail and I put outside so that next customer's clothes don't get ruin. Instead of admitting that the nail was already there in the dryer beforehand, she accused me that I come with nails in clothes in front of all customers. She did not even care to ask first and falsy accused me of having it last week also. I went to place two months ago. Such arrogance is not necessary. Not to mention such glares and eye rolls on customers.
