Life and Body Transformation:I began training with Reno from Life and Body Transformation at the Vollmer Centre in Lasalle to help with repetitive strain issues in my neck and shoulders. After an initial consult with Reno about pain I was having he was able to assess to cause of the problem and design a personal training routine to build up the muscles at fault as well as strengthen the muscles around the area as part of an overall strengthening plan.The result being a massive reduction in pain and a huge improvement in overall strength and fitness, one of the other benefits of training with Reno was that he taught me the skill set to work out efficiently and safely on gym equipment to get the maximum benefit for the time I had available -this was significant as prior to training with Life and Body Transformation I had never worked out in a gym or had a trainer before and the very thought of attending a gym was quite intimidating for me.Another benefit from the training I received from Reno was increased body confidence and self confidence which was put to the test when I was selected to walk the cat walk in front of hundreds of people as part of the Kidney foundation of Canada’s “Celebrity Men Fashion Event” in 2019. Where I not only walked the cat walk in a variety of outfits, I also stood shirtless in onstage for a segment as the announcers talked about the foundation.
