I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the services provided by your company. My experience with Apex Property has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback so that others can make an informed decision before engaging your services.First and foremost, the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff was deeply concerning. I found them to be consistently unresponsive and disinterested in addressing my concerns. It was as if my needs as a customer were of little importance to them. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when I did manage to get in touch with someone, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude.Furthermore, the maintenance and upkeep of the property I rented through Apex Property were severely lacking. Numerous issues were reported upon moving in, ranging from leaky faucets to faulty electrical wiring. These problems persisted for months without any resolution. Not only did this create an inconvenience for me, but it also demonstrated a complete disregard for tenant well-being and safety.In addition, the financial management of my tenancy was a constant source of frustration. I experienced frequent discrepancies in my rent payments and utility bills, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. It seemed that proper bookkeeping and accurate record-keeping were not a priority for your company. This level of negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Apex Property's commitment to providing reliable and trustworthy services.Lastly, when I decided to terminate my lease early due to the numerous issues I encountered, I was met with resistance and unfair penalties. Despite the obvious shortcomings of the property and the poor service provided, I was held accountable for additional fees and charges that felt unjustified. This only furthered my disappointment and solidified my belief that Apex Property prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against engaging Apex Property for any real estate needs. The lack of professionalism, subpar maintenance, financial mismanagement, and unsatisfactory customer service all contribute to an overall negative experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for Apex Property to reevaluate its practices and make significant improvements. However, until substantial changes are made, I will actively discourage others from utilizing your services.

These people are bullies, so i guess if you are landlord wanting to empty your property rather than renovict and have to allow tenants back, these are the people for you, if however you are a tenant trying to live your life, these people are a nightmare. Intimidation, threats, certainly not courteous or what most would consider professional. These people are little more than hired muscle

If you are a co-op, be very careful. They have no idea of the law. The employees are not only know for telling untruths but, love to blame anyone but themselves for wrongdoing. Save your co-op and never deal with these people. We are so very disgusted and cannot wait for the contract to end. If there was less the 1*,.

Very unprofessionalA trusted reputation takes hard work and continued dedication to your valued customers. It also requires working synergistically with suppliers and employees to satisfy those you've been entrusted by to bring a satisfactory completion within the agreed upon time line of the job desired.That being said a business can be handed down through generations in the family and maintain it's integrity, positive influence and great name. An entrepreneur can also work hard to build trust through ethics, with honestly at the core of their values. The opposite is true in the case with Anthony. He is not to be trusted and has greatly mastered the art of being a con artist. Upfront in the initial stages he seems to be a stand up business man, AGAIN this is only an act. He is a low down, dirty con man who is not to be trusted with your valued money or labour.In this day and time many commercials and advertisements on TV, YouTube, billboards, transit buses or elsewhere are often ignored. One of few things that remain valued from the good old days is word of mouth.When a loved one suggests a restaurant, movie, city to go on a vacation or a contractor it carries much more weight than a commercial. Once again The opposite is true too. This company at 32 Goldmark Place in Etobicoke is in need of a greater contingency plan in regards to fulfilling its financial obligations to pay. Rain, shine, snow or any or weather YOU MUST PAY when it is time to do so. Your Action to withhold payment is not right and appears to be evident that Anthony clearly unappreciated the execution of hard labour, products and materials purchased to bring the completion of an anticipated agreed upon task being brought to a satisfactory end on time and with satisfaction of the quality of work. Anthony your C.a.r.e. core of values do not reflect your actions. Your actions are a complete reflection of those previous commercials mentioned! I have nothing but good things to say about APEX and how they handled my situation. I was being evicted from my apartment due to non payment, my roommate and I simply could not keep up with the increases being asked of us, we are on a limited income. APEX not only handled the situation with professionalism, they assisted us in moving to a new room rental which they set up for us. A really poor situation to a really good situation. Thanks APEX and John specifically for the help! God Bless

The employee sent to evict a landlord who didn't declare tenants living there laughed when an 11 year old was crying wondering what's going on. He laughed and said well the Sherrif is coming you have 15 minutes to leave. now an 11 year old and 13 year old are homeless because a landlord didn't do his job. And the employee had fun laughing and watched the police do their job and watched laughing more.

Do not and I mean do not ever work for this company they are the worst company to ever work for horrible horrible management and they will rip you off money that you're owed for hours that you worked. Management will laugh in your face and tell you to go to the labor board so call their bluff everybody report this company to the labor board!!!! I worked for this company in Windsor Ontario worst company I have ever experienced in my life I have filed a complaint with the labor board presently in the middle of trying to sue them
