Pumps broken or out of paper, always force you to go inside. Overall poorly maintained.

Bathroom shared with Subway because Subway bathrooms are both out of order. Mens Bathroom has 2/3 urinals out of order (only the child height one in service) and both toilets are backed up, full of unmentionables and too disgusting to go near.

It was kinda not well kept, the hours arent great and really it felt like just a rundown tired old middle of nowhere gas station. Could use a ton of upgrades, better hours and service with more pleasured staff.

Avoid this Shell and it’s “Convenience” store as often as you can while passing through this part of cottage country in the Spring, Summer or Fall. Their fuel is always 10 cents more per litre than the average across the region, half their pumps are always unavailable, and they consistently lock their doors and shut down earlier than their posted hours, sometimes as much as 45min earlier than their 9pm posted closing time, even on summer weekends. If you’re planning on taking Hwy 7 across to get to your summer camping or cottaging destination on any Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening, then plan on stopping at the Hwy 7 Ultramar 30min west or Hwy 7 Petro-Canada 30min east of this completely unreliable, and price gouging ridiculous excuse for a “service” station…

The Most Discusting bathroom i’ve ever used!!! absolutely reeked like urine with toilet paper all over the floor

Online stated they were open until 9pm today & when we got here they were closed!Update your website

Says they open at 6 on Sunday but don’t hold your breath, they show up when it’s convenient for them not the customers

2/3 of the urinals were out of order, but 1 is better than none. The store is better stocked than expected, but they don't have peanut butter. They do have panic-mode mosquito jackets!

Terrible customer service, not friendly or personable at all. At least this has been my experience when stopping there

When driving from Ottawa to Toronto via Hwy 7, this is the first Shell station after you drive past Carleton Place and Perth. So, if you want to fill your gas at a Shell station, this is the one.
