I was in the process of getting out of my lease with BMW and was having a tough time to be able to get the process going. Richard was fantastic to work with. He helped me get out of a lease when the local dealership where I leased it from wouldn't help me or answer questions for a month and a half. Eventually I walked in to the dealership and they acted like they would be doing me a favour to take the car off my hands when the car only had just under 1300 kms on it. The local dealership said that I owed $2,000.00 more than the car was worth. When Richard was done I walked away with a cheque in hand. He was very professional, calm and courteous even when the local dealership came him a hard time after he drove nearly 3 hours to get the car. I highly recommend Richard for any car deals.
