This week marks the beginning of my 8th year with this Company. Working at Constantini has allowed me to go from knowing nothing about the trading business at all to leading a talented team of traders in our Organics Division. The leadership team is highly ambitious and driven while providing plenty of flexibility to accommodate the needs of their staff. Constantini offers an excellent platform for personal and professional growth for dedicated individuals with a long-term mindset.

I believe 10 people just quit this unscrupulous company. By my count, that would be the 4th mass exodus of staff in their recent history. Sadly, there will likely be another round of young, green traders who will get taken for a ride under the guise of aggressive self development..... and then this will likely happen again.I wonder what the opportunity, growth and talent loss would be quantified at if they looked at the amount of superlative talent they have driven to the competition by treating employees and producers like they aren't as intelligent or important as they are.Farmers and quality people are finite, so there must be a critical juncture from which they cannot recover.Word to the wise, your business and life are too valuable and short to deal with the Constantinis.

Terrible company to deal with. Lost load tickets, surprise grade changes from sample to when the load arrives. These guys botched my grain selling experience and blamed everyone else for their short falls. Never again on my list of grain buyers.

We have been doing business with C.B. Constantini since 2019. We enjoy working together with them to find solutions. They are a well established business and are reputable in how they conduct business. They are responsive, and always pay their bills on time.

Honesty, fairness, cooperation and professionalism best describes the personnel at CB Constantini.
