First-rate service, professional installation and an excellent product. We were impressed with every aspect of our fireplace purchase. Thanks to Mike and his team. Not at all hard to believe all the five-star reviews.

We got our fireplace redone by signature in January 2022. Overall, we are satisfied with the finished product, but the road to get there was pretty frustrating. In general, the communication was very poor. There were a few times that our scheduled visits were not honored, i.e. not showing up for appointment times, or showing up unannounced. I voiced my concern about the lack of communication and they were unapologetic and defensive. Once the job was done, I had to ask them to come back to caulk around the mantle and fireplace unit because all of that was left unfinished.We plan on getting a fireplace installed in our basement next spring and we will be going elsewhere.

Great experience. Mike was very knowledgeable, explained everything and no pressure. I booked a new gas fireplace and it was installed and retiling done exactly as committed. Very impressed and would totally recommend Signature Fireplaces.

Great to talk to someone who has 35 years experience in the business and a variety of related certifications. Looked at things from a number of perspectives and so many good options. The kind of person i want ro deal with.Four weeks later we have the fireplace installed. We decided to finish the framing and tiling etc. ourselves. Robert and Roy (brothers) were very polite and professional and were an installation machine. They laid down tarps, used a vacuum when they cut the drywall and left the room as clean as it was before they got there. They hooked up the gas lines and it was nicely done. The outside vent was probably the best installation I have seen and I have seen a number of them and have done quite a few myself. We were very pleased with our purchase at Signature Fireplaces. Mike, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect selection for our home. Installers, Roy and his brother, were extremely professional. We were particularly happy with the great job they did making the gas lines virtually invisible in our furnace room - allowing us to also build shelves in that space. We highly recommend Signature Fireplaces. They hadn’t been our first choice. That first choice didn’t have the courtesy to follow-up with us — their loss, our gain.
