I have had questionable service from Stratstone in years gone by but they fortunately employed a delightful lady, Petya, a few years ago in their service department since which time the quality of service they provide has improved significantly. She is efficient and knowledgable and calls back when she says she will. I am a happy customer and very happy to recommend their services.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from the team at Stratstone, in particular Petya Atanasova, who has helped me with the issues with my DB11.My steering wheel had a problem and she managed to replace it new from the factory, and has a lot of knowledge in relation to the car.She is very professional and this what you expect from a top brand in Aston Martin.Thanks for your help Petya and the team.

Richard Brett was excellent, great Salesman and did a good deal with my trade in and purchase of another car. He is a very nice person. Early days as only had the car for 3 weeks but all good so far. Will be good to see how any minor issues or possible warranty issues are handled re the last reviewers comments. Will do another review in due course after the car has been back in to them. The only slight issue was the detailing on the car when I collected it (hence 4 stars not 5), it was ok but not really showroom" quality. Overall happy with my purchase so far. Paul Treby"

Picked up my DB11 today from AM Western Avenue. Amazing service from when I first walked in the showroom 2 weeks ago and was greeted by Richard Brett. He walked me through all the models and options, made the whole experience very accessible, had a fantastic knowledge of all the cars, was very friendly and accommodating and helped me find the perfect car (after a few test drives)! Couldn’t recommend Richard and the team at AM enough and will be back for my next purchase from them very soon! Best experience purchasing a car I’ve ever had. Thanks to you all!

I always had a excellent experience with this dealership, especially with Petya Atanasova from the after-sales/ service department team. The warranty of my vehicle was about to expire when I had an issue with it. Petya responded very quickly and in a very efficient manner. She even went beyond of just getting the actual fault fixed and also made sure that my vehicle is thoroughly checked through to make sure there will not be any further issues after the expiry of the warranty.

I found Stratstone Aston Martin to be friendly, professional, flexible and accommodating. Bethany was a pleasure to interact with. She was efficient, energetic, open and engaging. A lengthy test drive (in a pre-owned vehicle) was quickly arranged - no fuss, no ifs or buts - just a perfect opportunity to get the right vehicle. As a result of this extended test drive, I did not choose an Aston Martin (due to practical limitations, not the cars themselves).
