IKAN handled the installation of our custom cabinets that we ordered from Swede. It was a new process for them but Kyler was super helpful and accommodating through what was a long renovation with lots of twists and turns in the schedule. Definitely would recommend their services.

I got the kitchen I wanted and I love it! Designer Olivia was easy to work with and very responsive to my needs and wishes - nothing was too much trouble and she kept everything within my budget too. Everything leading up to installation, including measuring, contracts and payment was well organized so it stayed right on schedule. The actual installation went well thanks to installers Rick and Louis - they were both fantastic! The couple of hiccups that have occurred have been handled without any hassle and I heartily recommend IKAN to anyone considering a new kitchen - mine is terrific!

We had a great experience with IKAN. Olivia, the designer, came and helped us arrange and organize the layout of our new kitchen. Ken the carpenter, installed the cabinets with the utmost perfection! Everything was done professionally and on schedule. We have recommended IKAN to anyone that we speak to!! Thank you IKAN for making this a relaxing and special experience.

We live in Ontario and were referred to IKAN from a friend and we are very happy with the service! Christine was friendly and helpful, she designed our kitchen remotely with the dimensions and photos we sent her. She has lots of great tips for optimizing storage and all you have to do is press “order” on the ikea website from the list she makes. We are very glad we had IKAN design the kitchen and it took the stress out of designing and ordering. Kitchen Renos are stressful enough!

We're so glad we hired IKAN to help us renovate our tired old kitchen. While IKAN doesn't take on the entire renovation job, the company is very helpful in providing guidance to inexperienced homeowners like myself who decide to save money by acting as general contractor for the project. Right from the start, IKAN provided checklists, resource lists, and reminders of all the many components that go into a renovation of this size, emphasizing the importance of the order of work, scheduling, any legal requirements, etc. It was quite an education!Bonnie Beard, our designer, was very professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process, helping us determine our needs, narrow down choices and find ways to maximize our space.From the initial design to accurate measuring, and from demolition to installation and follow-up, everyone at IKAN was a pleasure to work with -- punctual, professional, on budget, and highly skilled.

IKAN did an amazing job on our kitchen and pantry. We were so happy we had them back to do our garage workbench and storage area. We have been dealing with dozens of contractors over the last three years, and IKAN stood out for being on schedule, on budget, and adapting on the fly to design challenges without increasing the cost to us. If I had known in advance how good the service would be, I would have used IKAN for all of our other built-in areas!

Me and my husband used IKAN to build our dream kitchen and we had a really great experience with them. Each encounter we had with them, whether it was in their showroom, via phone or email or in person in our home was very positive. Olivia was our designer and she was lovely to work with. She had great ideas for the layout and what the finishes could be. She always responded to our emails in a timely manner. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently in only a few days (we had demo’d the kitchen ourselves). Each day the builders left they left it in as clean of a state as they could considering the amount of work being done. Once it was finished Olivia came to make sure everything was good and that we were happy. We love our kitchen and always get compliments when people come over. Thanks IKAN! We would highly recommend IKAN to anyone!

We researched kitchen companies in Victoria and finally selected IKAN due to their high customer rating. We were not disappointed and are very pleased with their work. Joce came to our house and recommended a layout and was very receptive to changes. The process was simple and we even took advantage of the IKEA summer sale that reduced our installation costs. The IKAN installer, Salvador, did an AMAZING job with the installation and all of the customizations. His attention to detail showed what a true craftsman he is. Very professional. Our IKEA kitchen looks like we paid twice the price for a custom kitchen. Very happy.Colin and Heather Ann

Wonderful service!We contracted Ikan to design and build an Ikea kitchen for our suite and they did a wonderful job. The quality of the cabinets, hinges and slow close hardware were all surprisingly very good. The Ikan folks were friendly, had a good attention to detail, were timely and friendly.
