Very friendly staff. I'm from Windsor, and when I first called in and inquired about a specific car, I didn't want to drive all the way down just yet, so I asked for a few additional photos of the vehicle. Tyler their salesman went the extra mile and sent me a 5 minute long video that same day displaying ins and outs of the car in great detail. A few days later, we took a trip down to London and completed the purchase without an issues. Highly recommended!

I've honestly never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Sam was our salesman and he went above and beyond and kept us so informed. Mike dealt with the financial part and he was excellent as well. He explained warranty and helped us pick the added warranties that worked best for us. We purchased new truck late Monday afternoon and had it in our possession by Wednesday afternoon. If you want to be treated well this is where you need to be.

I bought a used GMC Sierra 1500. Matthew Sparkes sold me this vehicle and he was great to work with. He communicated very quickly and at any time, sent me a personal video of this truck as I live an hour and a half away and wanted to view it before coming down, and he made sure to help with any wants that I had for buying this vehicle. He even helped to clean the truck before giving it to me to make sure it was up to standards. He was great to work with. Kelly in finance helped explain different packages and options in detail to help me understand. They were great to deal with.

Don't buy any of their extended warranties. Their business managers hard sell these which amount to a useless piece of paper. The technicians can't seem to properly report the mandatory inspections in order to satisfy the requirements of the 3rd party warranty and Adam the service manager actually stated that he recommends Crown Rustproofing(not the warranty they sold us) We are left to fix our own rust issues. Just save the thousand dollars or however much it is now and get oil sprayed yearly

Recently purchased a 2023 Equinox from this dealership and Sam Leung provided a perfect sales experience - could not have asked for better. I had been to many other dealerships before coming to Finch Chevrolet and I found many of the salespeople to be stereotypical car salesmen; pushing way too hard to make a sale and/or trying to tell me what they think I want to hear in a way that was completely transparent and sometimes even cringe worthy. Sam was so kind, genuine, and personable throughout my whole experience with him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the features of the car both before my test drive and after purchasing. He sent me all the pricing details that I had requested before I even came to see the car and responded to messages promptly. Not once did I feel that he was pressuring me into buying from him. If I know anyone in the market for a vehicle I would definitely recommend Finch Chevrolet and especially salesman Sam Leung. :)

They also offered 4 years of free oil change to sweeten the deal to get my business.Update after 6 months usage: I had to take in the car for manufacturing issues from GM itself and also for free oil change offered by Finch Chevrolet both of which were covered by the Finch Service department at no cost to the consumer and done promptly. I had a chance to deal with Brandyn Agnew and Adam Limbrick, both of them are an absolute pleasure to deal with, they provided step by step information on what to expect and when the vehicle will be ready after service and also offered a shuttle/loaner for the day to not miss work during business day work hours.I would highly recommend Finch Chevrolet for their sales and service, give em a chance and you'll not be disappointed.
