I tried for the first time to get a part, the woman behind the counter would just cut me off twice and wouldn't let me finish my request and just brought whatever part she thought I needed. Just order online so you don't have to deal with the terribe service

Really rude front desk representatives. Had an atrocious experience. There was some confusion regarding the refund of core payment and the concerned person started making derogatory comments and was really inconsiderate. A must avoid place because of such employees

Dont buy from here they lie. Tell you there is an in store credit for stuff then wont take it back later even untouched in original packaging. Communication is horrible between staff. Never going to be back.

This store very helpful and specially black man - I think he Sam. He came out to help us with the parts as I put on other way. He made us feel happy and now, we will always go there when we need something for the car. Thanks to him for going extra mile with us.

Parts desk was average. Wasn't overly thrilled with the fella that took my cash. He let me come to the counter and pay , which was wrong due to the other parts persons oversight. I suggest when taking a cash sale, or any sale, regardless, to reiterate the amount. I dug around in my change purse for what i was told the total was. Simple mistake, just an annoying happenstance. Otherwise place was tidy, organized and they had my part on hand. Prices were great too.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE,Purchase receipt showing 90 days return and in reality, all purchases are FINAL SALENext-level support, The supervisor is NOT available and the Store Manager is available only Mon-Fri (8-3). ALWAYS THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE AT THIS STORE.

This store is just off 23 rd Avenue inside south common . Great place, reasonably priced products . Ample free parking space. Not too crowded. Helpful staff.

We Bought a blower motor for my truck informing the employee of the year make and model. My husband was given the wrong part. When he returned they did not have the correct part in and outright refused to refund his money. He was told to come back on Monday or Tuesday because the manager was “out of the country” and no one else was able to complete the refund. This is unacceptable. My husband cannot return during business hours during the week as he will be working. I will be going in on Monday as well as trying to reach corporate.
