As someone who has never left a review before. I’d have to say Nima’s dedication to providing the best customer service is second to none. He made sure my issue was resolved and went out of his way to help me even after I’ve already left the store. Thank you Nima!

Such friendly and great service! The person who helped me was very patient and helpful and provided me with several options and how much it would cost. I was able to better prepare my shipment knowing what it would cost for all scenarios so I could pick what worked best for me.

This is by far the best and most professionally operated UPS Store which I've personally ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a couple dozen of them all over North America). Nima runs a very tight ship here, and is always extremely kind, caring, and involved in whatever you may require his assistance with. Unlike many other UPS Stores with some extremely rude and unprofessional staff who could not care less about their work, Nima goes above and beyond to ensure his clients satisfaction. I am yet to provide him with a task which he was unable to successfully carry out- he is well-equipped for any and all shipping/copy-related tasks you might throw at him, and will always complete them with a smile on his face. After countless visits to his location, I feel as if though I've made a friend, and will always recommend his store to anyone after such services. Truly exemplary A+ service, which UPS should reward, and other franchise owners could learn from.

Ive been to this UPS store on two separate occasions as I opened a virtual mailbox here and have received incredibly good service on both occasions. The owner/manager is a very personable individual who really cares about his customers. He was very helpful in bringing me up to speed on how the virtual mailbox service work. If every location had this kind of service, life would be perfect. Keep up the great work!

Honestly the best place I ever went I think it was a son and dad great guys literally packed my whole thing up and bubble wrapped it for cheaper than other places were selling boxes have my business for the rest of my life great people

This is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, Best Managed location of all I've used.Owner Nima and his dedicated staff are totally focused on customer service. They are experts on shipping and understand and execute professionally on every logistics matter required.Don't waste your time going elsewhere. You want the job done right. This is the ONLY PLACE TO GO.

I have delt with this store for over 2 years. They have always been great. Terrific to deal with never an issue. Always very knowledgeable and helpful. I use this UPS store for all my courier services. Great service each time.Sep 22 Update: a friend of mine needed to mail something to Hong Kong which fedex and Canada post refused to mail because they were missing vital information for HK to accept. This UPS store actually took time to contact the HK office to have those details available in order to ship.
