Mr.Sub

My Sub was good and made to order , no complaints here, Visited at night around 7.30, not busy at all. parking in this mall can can get very busy.

I took my sub home and my bread was stale and dry to the point where it was crumbling.

Order a sub got home and started eating it and found a metal shard baked into my bread. Tried calling the store but they just keep hanging up

Came here 9:29am today. Google says open at 9am, store door schedule says open 9am. Went in and was told not open until 10am because nothing is ready. I drove there for nothing, please update hours on Google and on store door schedule.

Google says the store closes at 8pm, store says 11pm yet when we got there at 6:45pm the store was closed.That shows you how much the owner or the franchise care about the business and the brand. There are 3 set of hours across the internet and no one bothers to update that. No one else in the same plaza has the same practice. Not to mention this store doesn't even open on Sunday. Is this a mom and pop business ? No standards across brand at all.

Great Sub shop, one of my favorites growing up. Kind of went down hill in terms of quality. Had one of the artists a couple weeks back refuse me sauces that were clearly there. Didn't explain why. Just said that they had no tzatziki when I saw the bottle that was full there. That was awkward. But anyways still one of my favorite sandwich shops. I still go there for a seafood sandwich. Brings back memories, still taste the same, though they don't put corn in their seafood sandwich anymore. And they only do 2 scoops of seafood instead of 3. but overall still tastes pretty good.New edit June 1st, 2021: Worst experience I've had. The lady making my sandwich was so rude to me, she gave me so much attitude for my sandwich. Not only that I was only allowed to put 3 toppings on my sandwich? It's not like she was really generous with the 3 portions, pretty much the standard amount any Subway or Mr.sub sandwich artist would put on a sandwich. I'm not gonna lie I love stocking my sandwich with veg, I know cabbage and tomatoes are going to take up the most room, but pickles, olives, jalapeños, etc. Thats the small stuff. How are you going to limit how much I put in? Maybe learn to do portion control. You got your standard lettuce and tomatoes... that's it, apparently sprinkling the other toppings is too much for this shop. Trust me when I say this, you're better off spending your money at the markville mall location, because this place is a scam. When you come to this location, assume that you're only going to get half the sandwich you want. And done even get me started on their health violations. They don't change their knives when making your sandwich to someone elses sandwich. They do a lazy wipe and call it clean. I saw the lady make 3 sandwiches before mine and not once did she drop it in sanitized water, nor did she change the knife. She just wiped it with the same dirty cloth she uses to wipe the cutting board. This is disgusting. Not only that, YOUR SHOP HAS BEEN CALLED OUT BY THIS BEFORE! 2 Years ago, someone else had made a comment about this. And you're still practicing such an unhealthy practice. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION unless you're willing to eat things that has been cross contaminated.Also note: I dunno if this is true but the sandwiches feel smaller, like in terms of width instead of length of the sub. I dunno, I could be wrong, maybe I've just grown. But the sandwiches feel smaller than what I've seen compared to the ones I've eaten 5 years ago

Delicious food. Very fresh toppings. Extremely friendly staff. Best Mr Sub location!

Food is good, but the one lady is slower than molasses.

0 star. awful experience! They restrict all veggie choices in the sub.....claiming sub size cannot hold that much vegetables...Ridiculous place!

Google says it's open but the Mr. Sub sign is gone so it looks like it has closed down.
