Managers Liza and Eric EXCELLENT!

Absolutely deserves at least 5 stars! My mother, who's now 92 yrs old, just moved out after 6 years. The buildings are secure and the grounds well lit. We never had the slightest concern about her safety. In fact, at least once the managers went over to check on her when she wasn't answering our telephone calls. The apartment was very well maintained and the managers responded immediately to take care of any maintenance issues. The common areas are clean and well maintained. And, the grounds are consistently well groomed. During the winter months, the stairs into the apartment building are always cleared and salted very early and the parking lot is always clear. Communications with the manager is excellent and we were always informed in writing about any changes or other issues. I highly recommend the MoiraApartments.

A place you can call home with the most amazing team of superintendents we have ever come across. The fact that it is a pet-friendly property is a great plus.
