I had an emergency 50km away and had my car towed in. I had the part delivered the next morning and they made me a priority since I lived 1000km away and was stranded with a family of five. By the time I got into town it was all ready.They took their time to make sure all was good before my drive home the next day as we tested the coolant system. Job was done cheaper and quicker then I figured.Very thankful and a job well done.

Just got out with a 149$ bill for an oil change (regular oil). He said it’s now the regular price for it but I just called another shop and it’s 67$ for the same service.

I do not trust this garage. Took our car for a check up and was told the exhaust needed welding ($150) and u-bolt changing ($180). Booked car in and when I picked it up had a bill for $500. Mechanics did a bunch of unauthorized work. They had done the exhaust but didn’t seem to know anything about the suspension when I questioned them. They said they got the cars muddled up as “they had a lot of RAV4’s in at the moment’ and took items off the bill. Then said they could fix suspension and quoted me $330. When I queried the difference in price I did not get a straight answer and concluded they were trying to recover some of the lost revenue. He would not give me a copy of the invoice, quote or what he had done to my car claiming “it’s against company policy”. They also “fixed” the back fender which had fallen off but they have bolted it to the door well so we can’t open the rear passenger door. 0/10 would not recommend.

3 week backlog if work. The mechanic stayed over to get me on the road. Excellent work also. Thank you

Craig made a front brake job a priority and had me on my road trip within 24 hours. Parts had to be brought in overnight Great service.

Great service, fair price. Even though it’s the very busy winter tires season for them, they managed to find the time to change our alternator. Thanks guys!

⚠️⚠️WARNING!!⚠️⚠️ VERY DANGEROUS AUTO SHOP!!⚠️Had a vehicle in two separate times.First time I brought the vehicle in for repairs They said they fixed the issue and it was good to go! 40 minutes later it broke down at the top of the kootenay pass. Brought the vehicle back to the garage. About 3 weeks later they said they fixed it again and everything was safe and ready for pickup. About 4000$ Later Thinking everything was finally fixed and all good, tried taking the vehicle over the kootenay pass again. As I was driving up the pass something snapped and I started fishtailing BAD! Almost fell right off the kootenay pass to my death!!! The vehicle broke down AGAIN!! Couldn’t even believe this was happening! and this time I was left stranded at the top of kootenay pass. VERY DANGEROUS. I wish I could give negative stars DONT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP!

These guys were amazing.... they got me in at short notice for an emergency and were so accommodating! I'll definitely be back!

Helped out with a bad noise in my from driver's tire. Turns out was only snow. And went again, and they helped me get my vehicle in that day! Which I was desperate for. But seemed a bit high for the quote on future repairs. So I called another for a qoute. And then I found out some parts were on recall. And the dealership would replace them for free. So that's why the 4 instead of five stars.

Great shop! Was at Midas and was quoted over 3000$ worth of work and parts that needed to be replaced on a 1200$ truck, had the garage take a look at it because everyone from whitewater (my place of employment) told me about them and had them take a look and got everything done for under 1400! Almost half the price and these guys were fantastic to work with and let us know the real truth about our awesome truck! Definitely found out mechanic in town!
