I attended Tailor 2 Fit to have two sets of Suits tailored to me, both jackets and pants.Upon arrival there was a line up and the business was busy; however, I didn’t wait long. Vanessa, the business owner was on a day off; however, happened to be walking by.Vanessa attended the business to personally assist me in the large alterations required in both suits, due to my recent weight loss.Vanessa took the time to properly evaluate and explained the necessary changes required to make the suits tailored to me.The alterations were made within 7 days as promised and both suits turned out better than I envisioned. Great service and really fast. Waited until last minute to drop off pants that needed to be let out. I dropped them off at 4pm one day and picked up at 11am the next day. Price was very reasonable as well. Great spot!

I have been using the professional services of Tailor 2 Fit since moving to Victoria nearly 5 years ago. I have been more than satisfied with their cost effective suggestions, especially for re-designs, excellent workmanship and timely service.

I've been going to Tailor 2 Fit for almost 10 years as I have difficulty finding clothes off the rack that fit. During this time I've had many items of clothing altered and always been satisfied with the quality of work. Vanessa and her team have come up with suggestions and altered different items to fit me perfectly. One time I needed a rush job on a suit for an interview. I was so grateful they were able to do it and I got the job! I'm very happy with the service I've received.

Had a zipper replaced on a pair of jeans. $25 and the zipper is white which is unexpected. I just assumed getting a zipper to match denim would be a standard request. It’s not terrible but not worth the price and it looks weird.

Very friendly and helpful personal. I have had 2 suits altered there and both times they did a fantastic job. They're reasonably priced as well.

I recently had an experience at Tailor 2 Fit and while I had high hopes for their services, I must admit that I was left disappointed. When it comes to beautiful, simple dresses, attention to detail matters greatly, and unfortunately, they seemed to lack in this crucial area.From the moment I entered the store, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They appeared knowledgeable about their craft, and I felt reassured that my dress was in good hands. However, upon receiving the final result, it became evident that there were certain issues that should have been addressed during the tailoring process.My beautiful dress, which I had painstakingly selected, was not treated with the level of care and precision I had expected. Small details such as loose threads, uneven stitching, and a lack of symmetry were noticeable, detracting from the overall elegance and simplicity of the design. These imperfections were particularly disappointing, as they were preventable with a little more attention to detail.While I understand that mistakes can happen, especially in the complex world of tailoring, it is disheartening when such oversights affect the final outcome. I believe that a professional tailor should take pride in their workmanship and ensure that each garment is meticulously crafted to perfection. Unfortunately, my experience at Tailor 2 Fit fell short in this regard.However, it is important to note that this review is not intended to discourage others from visiting them. Every business has room for improvement, and perhaps my experience was an exception rather than the norm. I hope that my feedback serves as constructive criticism, encouraging them to place a stronger emphasis on attention to detail, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.

Had a very expensive dress hemmed here and the hem fell the first hour I had the dress on. Way over priced and the owner who has the only power to issue refunds is only in 3 days a week after 2 PM.You cant leave a message for a return call as per the staff she is too busy to return calls

The gentleman that works there does a lot of work for my husband. My husband is extremely particular and he constantly goes above and beyond. It took some time but the level of customer service is exceptional!
