Don't trust these people at all. We were away from home by 4 hours and needed help. Cost us 550 for a new alternator when it was not needed. Failed to spot small electrical fault. If the diagnostics had been done, as we were told they had been, we have it on good authority from local Canadian tire that they should have spotted it. Alternator likely not needed. They lied and said we told them we were losing power while driving, not the case at all. Frank offered to refit the old alternator, which meant a four hour drive north!! They might say they are covered by a good customer service authority but we see no sign of that. We are in the area a few times a year and would definitely not use again.

Took my car in with a giant nail in the tire. Owner immediately worked valiantly to try to repair the puncture, but it was a hopeless cause, and ended up having to order a tire from Sudbury. It came quickly and was mounted and balanced right away. That was a godsend for me, because I desperately needed my car for a long trip back to Ohio. The price for the tire plus installation was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend--I know where my vehicle is going if I have issues in this area again.

Im out of town had bolt in my low pro tires they did an excellent job efficiently timely and fair price and got me back on road highly recommend

Frank is the best, great mechanic, fixed generators, helps with solar energy. A man of ment talents. He also really a fountain of info on off grid living.
