Bought some Advil because I had a headache, only had to wait 15 minutes for the cashier because other associate like Ashley was watching from the distance while the only cashier open was trying to deal with a refund. Would have cashed out quick if I was at a Walmart

Bought a $50 product at a different shoppers yesterday. Wife opened the top of the box before realizing id bought the wrong item. Everything was intact and factory sealed inside and easily resellable. Was told no by a supervisor on the refund because it had been opened. I asked if there was anything they could do, id even take a store credit. Nope go back to the store i bought it from an hour away and try there... Considering the return policy says 100% satisfaction guaranteed with a receipt. Guess im out $50 and 0% satisfied. Glad this isn't my normal local shoppers as ill make sure to avoid it.
