I had these guys come to my apartment 3 times so far for one of their (new) AC units failing with an E9 error.I'm about to have one come for the 4th time, and keep in mind, It's summer, really hot outside. I have been AC-less for almost a week now.They did a piss poor job at sealing the AC unit (Leaking cold air all around it) Take too long to get back to you for repairs, and even though they were supplied with information about the issue, they thought giving me a 2nd unit would fix the issue (Which it didn't, something is off in their installation)Also nice to know one of the employees blaming me for their failing Air Conditioners (Old one before upgrade worked fine) because I run a laptop and a desktop computer (30W).UPDATE: Has been now a whole week without a working AC. They were supposed to come over today, but after clearing everything up and having my apartment still a mess, they canceled last minute due to an 'emergency'. Supposedly they're coming over tomorrow at 9AM (or so they promised).I have my doubts.

I have received service from NRG equipments form a technician named Avinash. He did a terrible job.. the AC Unit kept on making rattling sound right after installation. He came by and fixed it after making 3 separate visits but this summer the AC unit started rattling again. We contacted NRG many times but they keep on telling us to speak with Avinash, Avinash however ignores our calls and messages and now we have a broken AC unit with no one to go to and with seniors in the household. Don't recommend these guys to anyone. Terrible company, incompetent and unempathetic technicians. I would give them 0/5 If I could.

We used their services to buy and install 2 units at our location. I am rating them with 2 stars only to be considerate because their price was cheaper as compared to the competition in the market. However the poor job on installation of these units actually reflects as to why their price is so much cheaper. Its because their quality of installation of these units and the ducts is extremely poor and disappointing. Measurement of the duct was not precise at all. Air leaking through the duct that the techs installed. I tried calling them back to resolve this issue and ofcoarse they just disappeared.Very unprofessional/ unethical on their part. I actually had to fix the leaks myself. These leaks should not even exist to begin with. Their sales team is very good with you until you confirm the deal. After that they just truly disappointed me with their service thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants to install PTAC units in their place. Go with Aidco..you will pay a little more but will certainly have a peace of mind with the work they do cause they are much more reliable. The work NRG techs did makes me regret on the decision of using their services to begin with. They basically left the job undone/ unfinished and expect you as the client/ customer to finish up their remaining mess. Absurd service !! This review is based off personal experience and not just hear say! So believe me when I tell you to go with someone else and not NRG Equipments!

Not even a month of installation my two units giving multiple problems. Starting very first day, heat pump was not responding to thermostat commands and keep running and shooting temp increase. Now one unit is giving sound like condenser fan is loose, and when reached to desired temp. gives even more sound like touching some thing, before stopping. Signs for not a good product, and response shows poor service. I am still waiting for response of my last complaint I made on last Friday morning (Nov. 9, 2018) today is Tuesday afternoon (Nov. 13, 2018), of next week, so far no response. On Monday (Nov, 12, 2018), I spoke to their supervisor as well, and gave details again. Wednesday passed as well and no response. I hope they will provery they have good service by resolving my issues, which they should for new product not working good.

What a terrible company to deal with! I called for a price on a compressor for a PTAC unit not only were the staff under trained in the technical aspect of the job but couldn't even be bothered to email me a quote which was promised.

I had a PTAC unit installed. Rachel was very helpful in answering all the questions and providing complete guidance throughout. The installation and delivery was done on time. Thank You

Had very bad experience with them this summer. They kept saying they'll come and install but never did for 3 weeks. they also took a whole week to return the money. Basically a total loss of time and energy and potential financial loss.
